Our room had a great view to the lake and was large and clean. Staff was very helpful and mindful. For instance it arranged an early morning safari tour to the national park and prepared without our request breakfast parcels, etc.

Very good facilities with a very clean room and the food was good too.
The reception staff were poor at arranging a simple thing like a pot of tea.

We enjoyed the stunning views of the lake from our spacious and clean room. The hotel facilities were great, including the pool and spa. The location in a calm area provided a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere, especially in the morning. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was enjoyable.

Great location near a beautiful lake. The lounge area was very spacious and well decorated. The restaurant offered delicious meals at reasonable prices. The hotel also offered a boat ride on the lake and a wonderful safari experience for a fair price.
Rooms seemed quite outdated and in need of renovation. Bathrooms were quite small and had several maintenance issues.

We had a lovely stay at this luxurious hotel. The rooms were stunning, spacious, and clean, with beautiful views of the lake. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our trip enjoyable. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a pool and spa, which we were able to relax and use during our three-night stay. The location was great, as it allowed us to explore nearby attractions such as the Tangalle bay and Udawalawe national park. Plus, the food in the restaurant was varied and delicious, making dining at the hotel a convenient and enjoyable experience. we highly recommend this place to everyone.

The location of the hotel is excellent, overlooking the beautiful Tangalle bay and nestled in a calm area near Uda Walawe national park. the rooms are decently sized with comfortable beds and the bathrooms are satisfactory.
The service and breakfast were subpar, with flies buzzing around in the dining room and staff members lacking in professionalism and competency.
